Protect YOUR Riding Freedom – Improve Motorcycle Safety
The 5th
annual Bikerday at the Minnesota State Capitol will be held from 9:30 am to 2:00
pm on Wednesday, February 27, 2008.
YOUR presence is crucial to protect YOUR
rights and safety as a Minnesota motorcyclist.
Together WE will
Maintain YOUR right to wear or not wear a helmet while riding.
Increase penalties for those who injure or kill YOU, YOUR friends, or YOUR family.
Make motorcycle awareness included in all drivers training classes.
On February 27th at 9:30 am
WE will assemble in the Rotunda of the Minnesota State Capitol.
YOU will receive
A packet containing talking points on our legislative agenda.
The time and room number for a meeting with YOUR Senator and Representative or staff.
And
Hear from many key people in Minnesota politics.
Have a group picture taken on the Capitol steps.
How do YOU attend?
Register by February 18.
Bus transportation will be provided from various parts of the state (view the bus schedule).
Riding a bus is encouraged as parking at the Capitol is expensive and frustrating.
We need YOU there – Be there – Do it for YOU
