The Motorcycle Riders Foundation (MRF) reports that Congressman James Sensenbrenner (Wisconsin) filed a bill on Tuesday, May 7th to prohibit the federal funding of motorcycle only roadside checkpoints.

This weather has people looking for a sign of spring to cheer them up. Here’s one: ABATE University is right around the corner! Once again, the Holiday Inn, Alexandria, MN, is rolling out the red carpet to welcome bikers to ABATE U. This year the format has changed to allow attendees to hear two very special programs that will help Minnesota motorcyclists protect our rights and safety on the road.

Motorcycle Advisory Task Force (MATF) Now Taking Applications for 2013-2015

ATTENTION ALL FREEDOM MINDED MOTORCYCLISTS IN MINNESOTA

Please consider applying to the Minnesota Motorcycle Advisory Task Force (MATF). It is very important that the views of everyone involved in Minnesota motorcycling are represented. The MATF meetings are only two hours long, six times a year and usually held in St. Paul.
